Hi Maple Leafers,

     Recently during this cold snap my garage door got stuck open.  I called a garage door specialist from the Yellow Pages and they wanted to charge $200.00 to come on a Saturday afternoon.  So I used Heather's list and called handyman Rick Nowak.  He came out within the hour and had my door lubed and working fine in 15 minutes.  Since he doesn't charge for the trip - just a flat hourly rate I quickly came up with a "Honey Do" list.  He was here about 1 1/2 hours tightening towel bars, checking my sinks and hanging a stained glass chandelier - the whole thing for about $75.  He was very pleasant and competent.  I wholehearted recommend him to anyone.
